Management Team

Rich Yalen Richard Yalen, CEO and Board Member, and Acting VP of Finance (BS), has over 30 years of related telecommunications experience, including CEO of Cable & Wireless USA, where he ran a profitable company with $1.5 billion in revenue and 2000 employees. His mergers and acquisition experience includes the purchase of MCI’s Internet business while at C&W, and more recently, the sale of the assets of Nx Networks to NSG (prior to joining NSG), and the subsequent purchase of the assets of Advanced Switching Communications (ASC). His prior experiences also include launching a prepaid calling company and an international long distance company.
Graham King Dr. Graham King, Founder, President and Chairman of the Board (Ph.D., BSEE, CEng., MIEE) has over 20 years experience in the data communications industry at senior management level. In 1981, he was co-founder and Managing Director of Cybermation Ltd., a U.K.-based engineering company specializing in software and hardware development of data communications and data security products. In 1985 Cybermation Ltd. was acquired by Dynatech Corporation, and he was subsequently moved to the U.S. to become World-Wide V.P. of Engineering and Chief Technologist. At Dynatech he was responsible for the development of a new range of high performance "CPX" X.25 and Frame Relay packet switching products that generated in excess of $150 million in world-wide sales. In 1991 he left Dynatech to form Network Services Group and started the acquisition strategy of the company.
Joe Gibson Joe Gibson, Vice President, Sales, has over 30 years of direct sales experience to the four major branches of the Department of Defense, as well as multiple Federal Agencies, and international defense forces. Joe is responsible for all sales and business development functions including new business development, strategic account planning, sales channel management, and contract negotiations. Proficient in collaborating among Federal Government and defense contractors, he has delivered IT and telecommunications solutions and products used in critical DoD systems and networks in both CONUS and OCONUS. Prior to NSGDatacom, he spent over a decade in various government sales positions with industry leaders such as Datatel, Inc., RF Products, Inc., and Frederick Electronics Corporation.
Dave Parker Dave Parker, Director International Sales and Operations, has spent more than 30 years in technology related businesses. Starting out in the Defence industry as an electronics engineer working for Plessey, GEC and Racal, he made the move into commercial data and voice communications in the late 80s as a customer and project engineer for European system Integrator Telindus. In 1997 he moved to Netrix Corporation to manage international customer service, growing a multi-million dollar revenue stream providing manufacturer and Value Added Reseller services to Netrix equipment users worldwide. On the acquisition of Netrix (latterly known as Nx Networks) by NSGDatacom in 2002, he took on his current position and established NSGDatacom's International Sales and Support office based in Ascot UK. From this office he now manages European, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific territories.
